The Path of Enlightenment

Long long ago, so long ago, nobody can say how long ago, on a rainy night, when there is thunderstorm and tsunami alert, a question struck across Sivabalan’s mind. The question is Who am i? (Excuse me, it’s not the Jackie Chan movie). He woke up his cousin, who was in a dreamland with Trisha, to ask the question. It is then, at the very moment, they decide to go on a trip to explore them. The place they chosen one of the highest peak in India and the most dangerous mountain to climb. It is “Sadhuragiri”.

The next day, when Siva came to work and shared his thought with his three Musketeers Gang (Poovi, Vijai and Senthi – for reference read the previous post). They immediately agreed to accompany siva, but each had different reasons. When Siva talked about the jothi in Sathuragiri, Senthil got amused thinking it’s yet another theater similar to Parangimalai Jothi and got over excited. On the other hand, vijai was wondering not who he is actually, but what he is and he wanted to go on a search to locate his co-creatures that exist on the face of earth. For Poovi, the reason was completely different. It was a week back, a young girl commented, “Nee youth illa, palaya telephone booth”. He wants to prove he is young, energetic, dynamic, youthful etc… etc… It I where the search for enlightenment begins….

Meet My Pals

Let the first post go with the title (the rest I can’t assure ). Let me give a short and chweet intro to my best friends at work. The first question that strikes me is how to start and the best way is to opt for the same old chronological order. I will go by the age.

Poovendan (alias) Poovi: The head of our gang. Our “Guru Ji”. For all young girls out there, he is married and has a little daughter, but still open to relationships ;-). To be simple, he is down-to-earth, nice, friendly, warm and a social drinker.

Suganthi (alias) yet to decide on a nickname: She doesn’t need any cream, she is very fair. She doesn’t need ant lipsticks, she has pink lips (Courtesy and Copyrights: Senthil). According to me, she is straight forward, frank and in short, romba strictu… strictu… strictu…

Senthil (alias) Dilsen: The best thing I like about Senthil is his self-confidence. Even after so many break-ups, he still looks out for a girl friend. Eligible candidates, please send your resume to senthilvelr@mobiusservices.in (he is a HR), Papa’s little girls are not accepted. He is really fun to be with and all of us like his company.

Indrani: My best from college and such a fun to be with. Very recently, she got a new job and resigned from our office. She has always been there whenever I had issues. Very supportive, lively, and fun, fun and more fun.

Sivabalan (alias) The Thinker (alias) Self-Dabba (the meaning of the name in my next blog): The calm, composed and peaceful person who hardly talks. This would be the first impression everyone will get. But being Siva’s good friend I can’t lie. He is dangerous, so beautiful girls BEWARE :-). Got doubt in MICROSOFT EXCEL? And Are you a young girl? Siva is here for your rescue. Mail him at sivabalans@mobiusservices.in . [He is so mean, stupid, idiot. I have added this because when I am writing the blog he pissed me off by going to coffee without calling me]

Thanuja (alias) The Kid: the only married woman in our gang, but she is still a child. (Child marriage was legal at the time when she got married ;-)) People! My only advice is not to tell an “A” joke to her. You got to go the rock bottom to make her understand its meaning. Poor Pattabhi (her husband).

Vijai Tiwari (alias) the UP culprit: Hey Bhagavan! He has a child-like face, but a kedi. The confuser I will call him. He thinks too much to make a simple decision. But, he is always a cute little brother for all us.

Vineetha (alias) Emmu: She claims that she is 19 for the past 15 years. She and Paravi Muniyamma attended pre-school together (LOL). I love being with her, as our wavelengths are just the same. A trustworthy, mature, lovable friend to roam with. OMG! I forgot this. She is a bike racer who beats guys in track. (Vineetha – you owe me one for the good). She is the Florence Nightingale of Lorry drivers and automen :p

Parkavi (alias) Papu: Last but not least, it’s me (the youngest :p). I am feeling very shy to talk about myself. It would be better if you hear it from my friends.

So, People! Meet my Pals.
